W3001 is a heater power supply with temperature sensor, used in many projects where air temperature control is required, i.e. saunas or at home. The thermostat uses microcontroller and has red and blue LED displays that show the set and current temperature. The big advantage of the device is the wide measuring range: from -50 ° C to 120 ° C.

Technical data and features:

  • Integrated waterproof sensor NTC10K with cable
  • Sensor cable length: ~ 100 cm.
  • Output: relay - the diagram is provided on the housing
  • Temperature measuring range: -50 ° C to 110 ° C
  • Maximum relay load: 1500W
  • Measurement error: ± 0,1 ° C
  • Adjustment accuracy: 0.1 ° C
  • Power supply: 110-220V
  • Supply voltage and current: 6.8A 220 V AC
  • Dimensions of the whole device: 60x45x30mm

Control:

To set the upper temperature range, press and hold the up arrow, then use the up and down arrows to set the desired temperature. After a while, the thermostat returns to the current temperature, saving the setting. The lower range is set analogously by holding the down arrow. After setting the range, it is recommended to restart the device by turning off the power for a few seconds.

Programming:

Setting the start-up temperature of the device connected to the controller (start):

Press and hold the ^ button for 3 seconds to enter temperature edit mode - the display should start flashing. In edit mode, you can set the desired temperature using the ^ and ˇ buttons. After setting the temperature, do not touch the buttons for 3 seconds to save the set temperature.

Setting the shutdown temperature of the device connected to the controller (stop):

Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to enter temperature edit mode - the display should start flashing. In edit mode, you can set the desired temperature using the ^ and ˇ buttons. After setting the temperature, do not touch the buttons for 3 seconds to save the set temperature.

To check the set start temperature (start) or target temperature (stop), press the or button once.

The start temperature ^ START is lower than the stop temperature ˇ STOP – HEATING MODE

The switch-on temperature ^START is higher than the switch-off temperature ˇSTOP - COOLING MODE.

Red wire: power (black - neutral).

Yellow wire: receiver, the operation of which must be controlled by the thermostat (black - neutral).
