The module allows you to charge a 3.7 V Li-pol battery with the supplied mini solar cell or microUSB port and power the devices with 3.3 V. The kit includes a cable with JST plug to connect the battery and two double goldpin plugs and wires to solder the photovoltaic panel. All modules in this series are equipped with MPPT algorithm (maximum power point tracking), which greatly increases efficiency under changing conditions. The board is also equipped with a number of protections - against overload, over-discharge and reverse battery connection and against short circuit and overload on the 3.3 V output.
