CSMIO-MPG controller

CSMIO-MPG is a MPG (JOG) module for manual manipulation of axes. It is equipped with 3 digital multiplier inputs (x1 x10 x100). 6 controlled axis selection inputs. 2 independent inputs. 2 independent outputs. 2 analog inputs for connecting a feed speed correction potentiometer and for spindle speed correction. Emergency STOP input and output. This module can only be connected to the CSMIO controller. The module can be purchased together with the MPG manipulator (Handheld Rotary Encoder).

The CSMIO-MPG product allows you to expand the CSMIO/IP control with the MPG (Manual pulse generation) manual manipulator function. The device is manufactured as an external module connected to the control via the CAN bus.

By connecting a manual manipulator, it is possible to precisely control up to 6 axes without the need to control motion from the MACH3 program. The machine operator can observe its operation while closely controlling the movement of the axis. Similarly to the CSMIO/IP control, the CSMIO-MPG module requires an industrial standard 24V power supply. Digital inputs and outputs are internally optically isolated and filtered. The whole thing is enclosed in a compact housing. mounted on a DIN rail. which further simplifies and shortens the time of mechanical and electrical installation in the control cabinet.

The keypad module is equipped with 3 digital inputs for multiplier selection (x1. x10. x100). 6 digital inputs for selecting the controlled axis. 1 general purpose digital input. 2 analog inputs. 2 general purpose digital outputs and E-STOP circuit.

Local delivery in Lithuania

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
