The Creality Falcon 2 Pro offers even more power, faster speed, and a host of new features that significantly improve efficiency and cutting quality compared to its predecessor. The Falcon 2 Pro uses a system based on twelve interconnected diodes, which provides incredible power and cutting precision. It can cut up to 22 mm of wood or 0.2 mm of stainless steel in a single pass, which is a huge technological leap. The device supports engraving speeds of up to 700 mm/s, so work is done faster and more efficiently. In addition, the very high power of 60 W allows the material to evaporate quickly, so the surface remains clean, not charred or yellowed. The 400x400mm work area provides plenty of space for various projects, and the Air Assist system effectively filters fumes and dust during work. The Falcon 2 Pro is also integrated with new features, such as a built-in camera for automatic positioning and intelligent laser beam adjustment, which allows for even more precise work in batch mode and on complex projects.

60W laser – power and precision

The Falcon 2 Pro stands out with a powerful 60W laser, which, thanks to FAC technology (point compression), consists of twelve 5.5W lasers. This combination allows for extremely efficient material processing – in one pass you can cut 22mm of wood, 30mm of acrylic or 0.2mm of stainless steel.

Increased performance compared to previous models

Compared to the previous Creality CR-Laser Falcon 2 – 22W model, the Falcon2 Pro 60W offers much more power, which means higher working speed and cutting depth. This allows you to complete more complex projects in less time without sacrificing quality. Increased efficiency also allows you to process harder materials that were previously unattainable.

Cleaner surface after processing

The 60W Falcon 2 Pro laser allows the material to evaporate quickly, which reduces cutting marks and leaves clean, tar-free edges. Unlike lower-power devices, this model does not cause carbonization or yellowing of the cut surfaces, which reduces the need for additional processing.

Smart beam adjustment

The Falcon 2 Pro is equipped with a smart laser beam adjustment function that allows you to automatically adjust the beam width for different laser modules (22W, 40W, 60W). As a result, the device independently optimizes cutting and engraving parameters depending on the material, which ensures consistent processing quality and ease of use.

Integrated camera

The Falcon 2 Pro has a built-in high-definition camera that allows you to automatically position the materials and view the work on the full screen in real time. The camera allows you to simultaneously set up multiple materials for cutting and accurately view the design, which is especially useful for mass production and engraving.

Large work surface and safe design

Thanks to the large, 400 x 400 mm work surface, the Falcon 2 Pro allows you to work on larger projects without dividing the materials into smaller parts. In addition, the device has a closed design with a protective cover that filters the laser light and reduces the emission of smoke and dust. The cover also has a work stop system when it is opened, which increases the safety of use.
