Contact adhesive spray 500ml

Universal adhesive in an aerosol based on synthetic rubber, synthetic resins and modifying agents in organic solvents.

Characteristics:

Application:

For gluing polyurethane sponge, polyester sponge, satin fabrics, felt, jute, upholstery rubber, carpets and other upholstery materials in various combinations and to substrates made of metal, concrete, raw and varnished wood and wood-based materials.

Glued surfaces should be:

• CLEAN - Clean the surfaces to be glued so that they are free from any dirt and contamination (dust, dust, grease). To improve the bonding strength of glued elements, rub them lightly with sandpaper, then thoroughly remove dust and wash with Technical Degreaser or Technicqll Cleaning Kit.

• DRY - Dry cleaned surfaces.

Application temperature: 15-27°C.

Do not expose materials to be bonded to high temperatures before reaching

initial strength. Full final strength is achieved after 48 hours.

APP

1. Shake the packaging before use.

Apply the adhesive evenly on both glued surfaces and wait 30 seconds

needed to evaporate the solvent. Then fold the glued elements together and press them together.

Correction is not possible after gluing the elements.

2. Variable position of the stream from horizontal to vertical (by turning a small valve on the front of the dispenser), allows it to be adjusted to glued surfaces, and the can always remains in the right position.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.
