Coating Thickness Gauge GL-PRO-6-FA

Currently, the GL-PRO-6 paint meter is available in three versions:

– GL-PRO-6-F, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement only on steel sheets;

– GL-PRO-6-FA, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition);

– GL-PRO-6-FAZ, probe on a cable with a ball, measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition with the function of detecting zinc coating on a steel sheet).

GL-PRO-6 meters use a measuring probe on a cable. The survey is completed, the so-called ball, which makes it easier to measure curves. The meter has a Measurement Assistant® function, which is useful when measuring in cars.

GL-PRO-6 series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors. As a result, fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The meters use an innovative measuring probe design that allows for spot measurements on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials (depending on the version), automatically recognizing the tested material and displaying information about the type of material on the screen. The survey is complete, the so-called ball.

A distinctive feature of the GL-PRO-6-FAZ meters is automatic recognition of whether the ferromagnetic sheet is coated with a zinc layer or not. This is very important when measuring on a car - it will become clear which body elements have been replaced with cheaper, non-zinc ones. The survey was completely developed by us.

The meter has a calibration function using thickness standards (included).

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
