Coating thickness gauge GL-PRO-2-F

Currently, the GL-PRO-2 varnish meter is available in three versions:

– GL-PRO-2-F , measurement only on steel sheets;

– GL-PRO-2-FA , measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition);

– GL-PRO-2-FAZ , measurement on steel and aluminum sheets (automatic material recognition with the function of detecting zinc coating on steel sheets).

The GL-PRO-2 series meters are solutions based on modern 32-bit processors . As a result, fast and accurate measurement was obtained using a 12-bit converter.

The meters use an innovative measuring probe design that allows point measurements on ferromagnetic and non-magnetic materials (depending on the version), automatically recognize the tested material and inform about the type of material on the display. The survey is complete.

A distinctive feature of the GL-PRO-2-FAZ meters is the automatic recognition of whether the ferromagnetic sheet is covered with a zinc layer or not. This is very important when measuring on a car - it will reveal to us which body parts have been replaced with cheaper non-galvanized ones. The probe was completely developed by us.

The meter has a calibration function according to thickness standards (included in the kit).

The meters have a color, easy-to-read 1.8-inch LCD display, which displays current measurements, measurement statistics and all necessary functions. Control is carried out using a 4-button keyboard and an additional trigger, which, when pressed, illuminates the measurement area.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
