Clock signal generator from Adafruit, which was based on the SI5351A chip. It has been equipped with a 25 MHz crystal oscillator and has an internal PLL loop, thanks to which it can generate any frequency in the range from 8 kHz to 160 MHz. The module uses the I2C interface to communicate with connected devices. It also has two STEMMA QT / Qwiic connectors that allow connections without soldering the leads. The Clock Generator works with a voltage of 3.3 V and 5 V.

Main features:
  • Generates up to 3 non-integer frequencies ranging from 8 kHz to 160 MHz
  • Highly linear VCXO
  • Low output period jitter 100 ps pp
  • Configurable spread spectrum selectable on each output
  • Supports static phase shift
  • Very low energy consumption
  • Compliant with PCIE Gen 1
  • Supports HCSL
