Product: Cimtap Threading Paste
Composition: Mixture of active lubricants (EP) in paste form, miscible with water, nitrite-free
Recommended Use: Threading and spinning operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals
Properties and Advantages:
- Increases production efficiency, especially at high threading speeds
- Extends tap life by preventing chip welding and tap cracking
- Clean formulation, easily mixes with water without leaving residue
- Compatible with Cimcool products, enhances cutting properties when dispersed in Cimcool fluid mixtures
- Pleasant to use, smokeless and odorless
Usage Instructions:
- Apply undiluted paste by brushing or dipping
- Dilute in water at a ratio of 1:4 and dispense through a lubricator
- For high-performance operations, add to fluids at concentrations of up to 5%
Removal: Easily removable with water or alkaline cleaning agent
Transport and Storage: Protect from frost
Packaging: Available in cartons of 24 1-liter cans or on pallets of 12 5-liter packages. Also packaged in 120 and 30-liter barrels.
