The YATO calibrator is very useful when working with PEX-AL.-PEX or PERT-AL.-PERT pipes. Designed for pipes with diameters:
- Ø16mm
- Ø20mm
- Ø25mm
When cutting these pipes, their profile is flattened. Then, installing any connectors on them may result in leaks and very expensive repairs.
YATO calibrators also combine the function of an internal and external deburrer.
Each calibrator size has special internal and external blades on both sides. Thanks to this design, all processed pipes are calibrated at the same time. to give them a perfectly round cross-section ensuring tightness of the connection. and then deburred. to even out the edges and allow the tubing to be pressed evenly all the way to the end of the fitting. Advantages of using YATO calibrators:
