The guides are sold in 1m lengths. Each meter of the guide is equipped with two ends.
The plastic cable guides we offer are high-quality industrial components. They are used for convenient routing of electric, pneumatic and hydraulic cables.
Guides called "open" have a structure that allows loose materials to freely pass through them. We use them where there is high contamination, e.g. with dust, and we want the dust to be able to escape from the guide.
"Closed" are those that are built up on all sides. We use such guides where we want maximum protection of cables against mechanical damage. If the machine operates in a highly polluted environment, contaminants such as sand, dust may accumulate inside such a guide.
"Semi-closed" guides are built-in at the bottom and open at the top.
There are also guides that open from the top. Such guides make it very easy to install cables without having to dismantle them first. We can dismantle the covers of individual cells in order to install the cables.
The bending radius is also an important parameter - it determines how much space we should leave for bending the guide. Of course, you can make more space than the minimum bending radius, but a guide that works too tightly will wear out quickly.
The amount of space for the operating guide H is calculated using the formula 2xR+Ha, i.e. taking twice the radius plus the external height of the guide.
