KSE1200 is a drive for sliding gates weighing up to 1200 kg. The machine stands out for its unique design and high quality of work. It is designed for intensive use, so it is suitable for entrances to public institutions, companies and parking lots. It is also successfully used as a gate controller on a private property. The metal drive guarantees reliable operation of the drive even in the most difficult conditions. The 24V power supply increases user safety and ensures incredible motor performance.

24V brushless motor

The heart of the KSE1200 drive is a durable 120W brushless motor powered by 24V. Thanks to this solution, the drive works quietly and smoothly. The brushless motor with durable gear allows for high duty cycles - 800 cycles per day. Compared to 230V motors, the 24V option is safer for users and the electronics are less complicated. Such drives are usually easier to control with electronics and control systems. They can be more suitable for complex automation scenarios such as obstacle detection, opening/closing speed regulation, deceleration functions, etc. The drive is equipped with an electromechanical brake that blocks the engine in the idling state.

Digital controller with display

The KSE1200 gate operator is controlled by a controller with a digital display. It has several options including: learning mode, gate function or adjustable soft stop. The control connectors allow you to connect many devices, such as an induction loop or WIFI modules. Reliable magnetic limit switches are responsible for setting the stop points. The radio receiver allows you to control the drive up to a distance of 100 m. The motor and board are protected by a weatherproof cover with an LED light indicator.

Security:

• Amperometric (anti-crushing) protection: adjustable sensitivity of the actuator when encountering an obstacle, after which the actuator will stop working to open the gate or open when closing,
• Optical protection in the form of photocells. When the infrared beam is cut off, the automatic device will stop closing the gate,
• Overcurrent Protection: A fuse that protects the electronics in the event of a short circuit,
• Automatic locking of the drive when stopped: no need to use additional locks on the gate to protect against intruders. Electromechanical brakes make this completely unnecessary.

Our sliding gate kit includes an efficient brushless motor for quiet and smooth operation. The included mounting base and screws ensure a stable and secure installation. The kit also includes rear magnets for precise gate end positions and an unlocking key to allow manual opening in the event of a power failure.

LS-K signal lamp

Its task is to provide visual signals to users and the environment, informing about the state of the gate or other events related to the movement of the gate.

Photocell FK-02 set with angle adjustment

The infrared barrier is used to ensure the safety of users and the protection of objects. Their main task is to detect obstacles or people in the gate movement area and interrupt the closing process to prevent damage or injury.
