With the Learning Resources collection, young explorers can become familiar with the concept of coding and programming. The Botley robot can perform step sequences, avoid obstacles, maneuver tracks and move objects. Equipped with a sensor at the bottom, it can follow the black line that the child can create using the cards in the kit. The pack contains up to 77 items. The toy is suitable for children from 5 years old.
With Learning Resources, children have the opportunity to engage in learning, technology, engineering and mathematics at the same time. Interaction with the Botley robot allows learning to program and also develops logical thinking skills. Coding is done without a computer or tablet screen, which is good for children's health, vision, and concentration.
The Botley robot is equipped with a sensor that allows it to precisely follow the path indicated by the child, avoiding obstacles and maneuvering on tracks. The included interchangeable hands also allow you to move selected objects. Therefore, aspiring programmers have the opportunity to understand the cause and effect of robot operation and programming by visually following its trajectory.
Playing with the Botley robot is an endless discovery. Kids can find hidden features and make the robot greet them, say their name, make sounds or learn new moves. With learning resources, boredom is no threat to any child!
The set includes up to 77 elements that encourage creativity and engineering thinking through the construction of various tracks and obstacles. Botley is ready to play straight away. However, it requires 3 AAA batteries, which are not included. The remote programmer requires 2 AAA batteries (sold separately) to power it.
