The BK40 85x125 mm mounting sleeve is a reliable solution for a durable and secure connection of the clutch or wheels to the drive shaft. Made of C43 steel, this sleeve is characterized by a special mechanism consisting of two rings that tighten against each other when screwed. Thanks to this, one ring tightens on the shaft and the other expands in the wheel hole, ensuring solid fastening. Installation is simple and quick - all you need is an Allen key, without the need to use complicated tools or machine modifications. The BK40 sleeve can be used in the diameter range from 20x47 to 150x200 mm and transfers torques from 313 Nm to 29217 Nm. It is ideal for machines with medium and high torque and works even at extreme temperatures (-150°C to +150°C). The assembly instructions specify the tightening of the screws with a torque wrench according to the values given in the catalog. Thanks to the BK40 mounting sleeve, you can avoid using a keyway or wedge when mounting the wheel, which translates into saving time and money. This is an excellent solution for both new designs and repairs of older machines. We ensure high quality of workmanship and ease of use of this technical product.
