Bipolar transistor NPN KSP13-K33 30V/0.5A - 5 pcs
Set of five bipolar NPN BC556B transistors in the TO-92 package. Transistors are equipped with three leads: emitter, base, collector. They are designed for through-hole THT mounting. NPN polarity means that the current flow is activated by high potential. The maximum voltage from collector to emitter is 30 V and collector current is 0.5 A. The power of a single transistor is 625 mW. The transistors can be used for various electronic projects.
