SELECTION OF THE LOCATION OF INSTALLATION
- To ensure the maximum level of protection, it is recommended to install the unit on all floors of the residential building and in all rooms (both in the rooms of electrical equipment, which pose the greatest risk of fire, and in other rooms).
OPERATING PERIOD OF THE UNIT
- The average service life of the device (electric sensor) is 5 years. This period depends directly on the conditions in which the installation was operated, the year of manufacture, the frequency of operation of the alarm, etc.
RULES OF SAFE CONDUCT
- To reduce the risk of fire, it is recommended to have the exhaust system of the heating system, ventilation system, chimney and fuel-based equipment inspected regularly (at least once every six months) by qualified specialists. All heating systems must be installed in strict accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and local building regulations. All devices must be additionally inspected by specialists after installation. Regular inspection of the connections of the pipes supplying fuel or exhaust gases for leaks, possible cracks, traces of rust, etc. must be carried out. It is necessary to acquaint all residents of the house with the used and installed alarm equipment.
ALARM OPERATION
When the alarm is triggered, it is necessary to:
- LEAVE THE ALARM PREMISES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
- Contact the fire department or the police
- Contact a doctor or doctor as soon as possible if symptoms of poisoning (such as headache) are detected.
- In the event of a false alarm, check the operation of the device and the installation location
