Arduino, in cooperation with Finder, has created a microPLC controller - Arduino Opta, which supports industrial IoT standards. Finder deals with the creation of industrial and building automation devices. The controller is based on the STM32H747XI dual-core ARM Cortex M7 + M4 chip, which allows real-time control and monitoring, as well as implementing preventive maintenance applications. Arduino Opta RS485 is equipped with an Ethernet connector, a USB type C port for programming the PLC module and an RS485 half-duplex communication interface.
