Anycubic Tough Resin 2.0

Tough Resin 2.0 is engineered for UV wavelengths between 365-405 nm, making it compatible with most LCD 3D printers. With a viscosity of 450-500 cP at 25°C, it ensures smooth printing and easy handling. The resin cures efficiently, producing high-precision prints with smooth surfaces. It is also available in multiple colors, allowing for a range of design possibilities.

The resin's physical and mechanical properties contribute to its reliability in demanding applications. It has a density of 1.10-1.15 g/cm³ and a hardness of 82-84 Shore D. Its flexural strength ranges from 42-52 MPa, while its flexural modulus is between 1500-2000 MPa. The heat distortion temperature is 50-55°C, ensuring stability in a variety of conditions. With a shelf life of 1.5 years, the resin remains effective over time if stored properly.

To achieve optimal results, Tough Resin 2.0 should be used with the recommended printing parameters. A layer thickness of 0.05 mm ensures fine detail, while standard exposure times range from 1.5 to 3.6 seconds. The bottom layer exposure time should be set between 20-40 seconds, with 5-6 bottom layers for proper adhesion. The Z lift distance should be adjusted between 5-10 mm, with a lift and retract speed of 2-6 mm/s to ensure smooth layer transitions.

Safety and environmental considerations are important when handling resins. Tough Resin 2.0 is formulated with environmentally friendly ingredients, emitting minimal odor and reducing irritation during use. Proper protective equipment should always be worn, and resins should be handled in well-ventilated areas. Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 150€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.

A separate delivery fee applies to oversized items, regardless of the amounts and conditions stated above.
