Many users prefer Anycubic's standard UV resin because it ensures the strength of the molded parts and not too much shrinkage, but also improves the printing speed, shortens the curing time, and maximizes the printing efficiency of LCD machines.

Features:

• Lower exposure time 20-60 sec, normal exposure time 5-15 sec.

Conventional UV resin

A strong material in the spade model can easily cause the model to split, but a material that is too flexible will be prone to strain deformation or fracture of the print, which will affect the accuracy and aesthetics of the casting. The resin is stable under various climatic conditions and is also easy to store, eliminating the disadvantages of other resins, easy softening and environmental corrosion.

Professional LCD casting resin

LCD low light source formation optimization and printing efficiency are higher than market compatible DLP/LCD/SLA resins. The resin is for resin LCD model only, not recommended for DLP or SLA machine. This resin ensures the strength of the molded parts and not too much shrinkage, but also improves the printing speed, shortens the curing time and maximizes the printing efficiency of LCD machines.

Strong adhesion and easy removal

In addition to high printing success rate and accuracy, it also reduces the release force and adhesion of the resin, so that the model attached to the molding platform can be easily scraped off, and the low viscosity makes it easier to clean the machine and the model.

Storage method:

• Store away from light sealants at room temperature (the sun has a lot of UV rays, it will harden the photosensitive resin. After the test, the light does not hurt if it is not UV light).
• It is recommended to save at an ambient temperature of 15℃-35℃, the lower the temperature, the higher the viscosity of the resin. Sealed storage, too much dust or moisture can affect print quality. Sunshine has a lot of UV light, will harden light sensitive resin.

Method of use:

1. Shake well before use, prohibiting the use of resin in places with a lot of sunlight.
2. Wear gloves to avoid direct skin contact and ventilate the room before use.
3. Accidental contact, flush with plenty of water as soon as possible. If you feel unwell, consult a doctor in time.
4. Printed patterns require the use of high concentration alcohol to clean for about 30S (95% or more concentration is recommended, the higher the better).
5. Do not pour the resin in the resin container into the unused resin, do not leave the resin unused for a long time, so that the resin pollution will not affect the printing effect (a long time without resin can be put into a sealed container or sealed with plastic film for protection).
6. The shelf life of the resin is up to 18 months.
