A kit consisting of electronic components to help you get started with your Raspberry Pi Pico module . The kit includes components such as LEDs, sensors, ICs, resistors, LCD display, DC motor with driver, contact board, buttons and Raspberry Pi Pico module with soldered male connectors. The kit is enclosed in a handy organiser for easy storage and portability.

Raspberry Pi Pico

  • Raspberry Pi Pico module is equipped with RP2040 dual core chip based on ARM Cortex M0+ core clocked at 133 MHz. It has 26 GPIO pins that operate at 3.3V. The module can be programmed in C/C++ or MicroPython. To power the controller you can use a microUSB connector or a cage with 3 AA batteries. A version with soldered male pins is included, so the module can be easily plugged into a contact board.

The kit includes:

  • Raspberry Pi Pico - a module based on RP2040 chip with 26 I/O pins.
  • 830 field contact board - a large board with separate power lines to create electronic circuits.
  • Set of 5mm LEDs (30 pcs) - 10 pcs each of red, green and yellow components.
  • RGB diode common anode - LED with four leads able to shine in all colours.
  • Set of resistors (200 pcs) - 20 pcs each of the most popular values, enabling e.g. the connection of LEDs.
  • Transistors NPN BC547 (5 pcs.) - semiconductor circuits allowing to control elements that draw more current than a single microcontroller pin can provide.
  • LM35 analog temperature sensor - a popular, easy to use thermometer connected to the Pico analog inputs.
  • Photoresistor - A sensor for measuring the intensity of incident light, this will allow you to e.g. detect if a room is dark or bright.
  • Tact-switch buttons - will serve as an element of data input to the module.
  • 10k or 20k potentiometers (5 pcs.) - similarly to the buttons, connected to the analog outputs, they can be used as user interface elements - simple knobs.
  • Sliding register - allows e.g. to control more diodes while saving Raspberry digital leads.
  • PCF8574 expander - allows to increase number of leads of Raspberry Pi Pico.
  • Buzzer without generator - powered from 1 to 40 V simple generator of sound signals.
  • Connection wires 65 pcs male - male - allow to make connections on the contact board and between board and Arduino.
  • 1.8mmicroUSB cable - used to connect Raspberry Pi Pico to a computer.
  • DHT11 - temperature and humidity sensor.
  • 16x2 LCD display with converter - with blue backlight - popular alphanumeric display with soldered goldpin connectors.
  • Motor driver L293D - H-bridge allows to control direction and speed of two DC motors.
  • PIR sensor - enables motion detection.
  • Distance sensor HC-DR04 - ultrasonic sensor capable of detecting objects from 2 cm to 200 cm.
  • DC motor - a small, simple DC motor powered from 3 V to 5 V.
  • 3 AA battery basket - the Raspberry pi Pico module can be powered by 3 AA batteries.
  • 4 Channel Logic Level Converter - The Raspberry Pi Pico leads operate at 3.3 V, the converter allows you to change the voltage of the components from 5 V to 3.3 V.
  • AA battery 4 pcs. - can be used to power the Raspberry Pi Pico.
  • Contact board power supply module - the board allows you to power components plugged into the contact board that require 5 V / 3.3 V.
  • 12 V / 2.5 A Switch Mode Power Supply - this allows you to power a contact board power supply.
  • Organizer for easy carrying of the kit.
