The A8H rotary joint with liquid metal has 8 conductive tracks with a maximum current of 30A (6 tracks). The other two tracks are for 4A current.
The maximum operating voltage is 250VAC. The maximum frequency of transmitted signals is 100MHz. The connector is characterized by a wide operating temperature range, which is from -30oC to 60oC. The maximum rotational speed allowed during operation is 200 rpm. The housing is made of aluminum; stainless steel version is also available; The connector's design uses special sealing elements and a specially selected design of conductive contacts flooded with specially selected liquid metal to ensure the highest possible quality of the connector's electrical connection, while ensuring high electrical and mechanical strength. All this translates into a long period of trouble-free operation of the connector. The A8H connector itself does not require maintenance - from time to time we only need to check the electrical connections;
This connector is characterized by a compact housing and simple installation, thanks to which installation costs are also low. They are most often used in machines such as: wind turbines, all types of packaging and winding machines (foils, various types of textiles, and electrical cables), robots, and rotary advertising; wherever there is a need to send control and power signals for rotating machine parts. We can easily send signals from various sensors, such as a thermocouple or strain gauge, audio and video signals, a computer signal, or simply connect power to the device. The connector has a high value for money.
