4-axis CNC DDCSV controller + 4GB pendrive for free

The DSCV CNC controller is a four-axis comprehensive device for controlling DC motors. stepper motors and servo motors. It is compatible with any motor controller that communicates using a step and direction signal. The output signal frequency for one axis is up to 500 KHz. with adjustable output pulse width.

One device replaces three products:

• main program (Mach3. Step2 CNC. Linux CNC, etc.) - the controller has its own program for operating the machine accepting g-codes generated from a CAM program, e.g. LazyCam. ArtCam etc.
• PC
• motion controller – the controller has built-in high-speed outputs to operate four axes (XYZA – 4 x 500 kHz). analog outputs (0-10V) to operate the spindle and the necessary inputs and outputs to connect limit sensors. based. additional relays (coolant, extractor, lighting, left and right spindle rotation, etc.).

In addition to connecting sensors and relays, we can connect an MPG transmitter for precise positioning of the machine as well as an emergency stop switch to the controller. control buttons (start, stop, operation lights). It is possible to expand the controller with a control panel.

The controller has a built-in USB port. for connecting external memory such as PenDrive. The set includes a 4 GB PenDrive with the controller.

We don't need to connect any monitor. The drawing made by the device and the current position of the tool are presented on the color graphic display. Using the built-in screen, we can also configure the machine: homing. tool measurement, manual driving and much more (more information in the manual). Generally speaking, all necessary information regarding workpiece processing. Operation is optimized to a minimum thanks to the 4.3-inch display and 17-key keyboard, we have all the necessary options related to milling or plasma.
