The original Prusa SL1S 3D printer using MSLA technology. It uses a high-resolution 5.96" monochrome LCD screen and a UV LED panel for curing thin resin layers. The SL1S version allows for even more detailed prints at higher speeds compared to the previous SL1 version. The printer's working area is 127x80x150mm The SL1S printer supports resins from other manufacturers.
Better print quality compared to the Prusa SL1
The Prusa SL1S 3D printer is equipped with a new monochrome screen with a diagonal of 5.96" and a resolution of 2560 x 1620 px. The optics of the SL1S model have been completely redesigned and a new monochrome screen has been used, thanks to which it offers significantly improved print quality compared to the previous model - the Prusa SL1.
Layer exposure in 1.4 seconds
Prusa-designed optics and a completely redesigned UV LED panel allow a layer to be exposed in 1.4 seconds using standard 405 nm resin. This is especially useful for small batch production and prototyping - the ability to print a larger number of models in a shorter time.
Larger workspace Prusa SL1S
The SL1S model has a 25% larger workspace compared to the previous SL1 version. The largest model, which fits into a 127x80x150mm workspace, can be printed in less than 4 hours (with 0.05mm layer height) or in 3 hours with 0.1mm layer height. This is also possible due to the half-time tilt time compared to the SL1.
High-quality and durable SL1S frame
The Prusa SL1S printer is made of a strong and durable aluminum frame, which reduces vibration and ensures the best possible performance even when printing the smallest and most detailed shapes. Prusa SL1S has a quick connector that maintains the Z-axis calibration status.
Compatible with PrusaSlicer
The device is fully supported by the latest versions of the PrusaSlicer program for slicing models into layers. It allows drilling, automatic generation of supports, easy object management and many other tools. It also includes manufacturer-tested profiles for cutting resins. SL1S is designed for 3D printing beginners and professionals.
Touch control, support for resins from other manufacturers
The printer supports network connection for file transfer and OTA software updates. It is equipped with modern solutions that make printing easier, safer and more convenient to use. The user interface is displayed on a color touch screen. Prusa SL1S, like all Prusa printers, supports open source solutions. This means that it is ready to handle resins from other manufacturers (405 nm).
