Description Product Delivery

Prusa 3D printer, well known among 3D printing enthusiasts. The device is based on a 32-bit motherboard and supports Input Shaper and Pressure Advance technologies, which means that it can reach up to twice the speed of the MK3 without losing quality. The dimensions of the printer's working area are 250x210x220mm, and the entire structure is 500x550x400mm. The kit consists of self-assembly elements.

Improved speed

The Input Shaper and Pressure Advance technologies used in the printer software allow you to eliminate vibration during printing and predict the flow of filament. Due to this, the device can reach speeds of up to twice as high as the MK3. According to manufacturer tests, the printer can print the SpeedBoatRace Benchy model in 14 minutes, and the Bonkers Benchy model in 8 minutes. In addition, the MK4S operates very quietly even at such speeds.

Exceptional print quality

Durable construction and new precise 0.9° Trinamic 2130 stepper motors in the X and Y axes reduce vertical waviness in prints (Vertical Fine Artifact). In addition, there are thicker, 10mm rods in the Z axis. The result of these improvements is very good quality of the resulting models, even when using complex filaments.

Highly efficient 360° cooling

The MK4S uses an innovative 360° cooling system, which consists of an efficient turbine and improved airflow. This solution ensures free airflow around the print, which is much more efficient than traditional unidirectional fans. This allows you to print protrusions with an angle of up to 75° without the use of supports. Fewer supports mean faster print times and less wasted material.

High-flow nozzle

The MK4S is equipped with an innovative high-flow nozzle based on CHT technology. This allows for much faster printing while ensuring greater print durability. Compared to the standard MK4 nozzle, the new nozzle offers 50% to 114% better material flow, which means significantly better efficiency and print quality.

New extruder

The innovative Nextruder direct extruder has many new features, and the LoveBoard support board inside ensures quick and easy replacement of parts such as the thermistor, fan or heater. In addition, the Nextruder uses quick-change nozzles and has a Hall sensor that detects the end of the filament.

Perfect first layer

Getting a perfectly flat bed is a big challenge for 3D printers. Fortunately, the Prusa MK4S head has a strain gauge that performs this process automatically. The nozzle touches the bed and moves through a grid of measurement points, measuring the distance and calculating the correct displacement. The result is a perfect first layer on any surface, without the need for manual adjustments.

Prusa Connect

The MK4S has a WiFi module and an Ethernet port, allowing you to control the printer from anywhere using the Prusa Connect platform. Each connected printer has its own desktop from which you can control its operation. For increased security, the connection between the platform and the printer is encrypted.

Prusa Mobile App

Using the app, you can easily monitor your printers, manage ongoing jobs, and remotely start, pause, and stop printing from anywhere. The app also allows you to directly access Printables, and if your project has a print-ready file, you can start printing right away without using a cutter.
