3D printer manufactured by Prusa. The device uses a 32-bit motherboard with quiet Trinamic 2209 stepper motor drivers and an Ethernet connection. The working area of ​​​​the Prusa MINI+ is 180x180x180mm. The heating table of the presented version has a magnetic plate made of spring steel. Due to the small dimensions of the structure: 380x380x330mm, the MINI+ can be used to create so-called. printer farms. The product is sold as a kit for complete self-assembly (do-it-yourself).

Modernized extruder

The Prusa MINI+ uses many innovative solutions. These include, among others: extruder design. The extruder motor was placed on the Z-axis column, which made it possible to reduce the weight of the extruder itself. The Bowden drive with a ratio of 3:1 ensures precise and efficient movement of the 1.75mm diameter filament through the PTFE tube to the hotend head and then to the printer nozzle.

Prusa MINI+ working area

Despite its small size, the Prusa MINI+ offers a working area of ​​180 x 180 x 180 mm. The optimal design of the device allows you to create medium-sized models while maintaining the compact nature of the printer. This Prusa model can be successfully used in the creation of 3D printer farms. The limit switches have been removed from the MINI+. The worktable is automatically leveled using grid lines.

Easily remove prints

The surface of the Prusa MINI+ worktable has a removable spring steel cover. Thanks to this solution, the removal of finished models is simple and safe. The magnetic plate adheres almost perfectly to the heating platform during molding. After printing, you can remove it and remove the molded model without fear of damaging it.

Easy printer control

The original Prusa MINI+ is controlled by a panel with a resolution of 280x320 pixels and a 2.8-inch diagonal screen. The menu is clear and easy to navigate. This allows you to easily access all the printer functions and start printing your project with one click. After inserting a USB flash drive with a finished model, a preview of it will appear on the screen. You just need to agree to start working.

32-bit Buddy STM32 motherboard

The manufacturer of the Prusa MINI+ used a modern motherboard marked Buddy model. The device, specially designed for this model, is based on 32-bit architecture. Silent Trinamic 2209 stepper motor drivers ensure quiet operation while maintaining high efficiency.
