3D printer - FLSUN - S1

The FLSun S1 has a build volume of 320x320x430mm and is geared towards high-speed printing – with a maximum speed of 1200mm/s, acceleration of up to 40,000mm/s and a volumetric flow of 110mm. The S1 also uses a closed-loop stepper motor system and a metal hotend that can reach temperatures of up to 350°C. It also features a microtac radar that improves print quality, accuracy, flow and prints the first layers.

Ultra-fast printing speed

Versatility

A large 320x320x430mm build volume allows for large projects, and its all-metal hotend can reach temperatures of up to 350°C, allowing the S1 to work with a wide range of materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG. , TPU and even carbon fiber filaments. The dual-gear direct drive extruder ensures smooth and precise filament feeding, which is essential for high-speed printing and exotic materials.

CPAP high-pressure turbo fan

With 40,000 rpm wind (air flow) speed that changes according to the printing speed of different parts; automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure a cooling effect.

Binocular Structured Light System

The dual-eye system consists of two high-resolution cameras and a micron-sized laser transmitter, and a micron-sized Lidar system, which allows you to scan the first layer and adjust the flow and precision calibration to accurately capture the details of the print.

AI Detection

We use artificial intelligence to monitor in real time and identify problems, including the detection of debris and spaghetti through AI analysis.

Fully automatic leveling

With a single click, the S1 will calibrate and adjust the bed level, making it simple and easy to achieve the perfect Z height.

To maintain accuracy at such high speeds, the S1 is equipped with Microtac radar, a unique feature that monitors print quality in real time and ensures that even the fastest prints remain accurate down to 0.1mm layer thickness. The printer also has a PEI textured print bed, which improves adhesion and facilitates the removal of finished prints. Its innovative smart zone heating system optimizes energy consumption by heating only the required areas of the bed based on the print size.

With a fully integrated touchscreen and user-friendly interface, the FLSUN S1 is easy to operate, whether you are working directly or from a computer.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.
