420℃ Auto-rising dual extruders

D1000 is integrated with a new smart auto-rising dual extruder set, with temperature up to 420℃, and the hotend can be quickly changed to different size. It can print not only large PLA + water-soluble materials for PVA prototype at the fastest speed, but also ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible and more high-performance materials for direct use. The dual-hotend is easy to maintain and inexpensive to replace.

Breakdown recovery & filament detection

The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save the printing data. When the power is suddenly cut off, lower the platform and pull out the filament. When the power is turned on, it will continue to print from the last stop point. No trace! The printer will prevent misprints by stopping printing and warning when the filament runs out.

Linear Rails and Servo Motors

When it reaches 1000mm+ length, the small rail has a large deflection. The D1000 precision linear rail design is very thick and strong. It will not deform or lose accuracy after a million times of impact on the print head. With servo motors, timeliness, fast response, no inertia, no delay. Closed-loop position control overcomes the problem of step loss. Heat and noise are significantly reduced. This gives the printing model extremely high efficiency and high speed.

Hot chamber + filament dry room

60°C hot chamber ensures high-quality printing quality of materials. The fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference. This frame can also reduce noise while ensuring a constant temperature to prevent the model from deforming. The filament drying room has a temperature of 45°C and 65°C to dry 2x5kg/roll filament such as PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other water-absorbing materials.

Automatic leveling platform

Using 100-point high-precision servo probe to maintain the original platform flatness data level, using Z-axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.

HEPA air filter

The air filter system can adsorb impurities and gases generated during printing special filaments such as ABS, nylon, PC, safer and more environmentally friendly, which is more suitable for homes, schools, offices.

Camera control technology
