The Creality Ender-3 V3 is an advanced 3D printer that combines cutting-edge technology, a stable design, and an intuitive interface to offer professionals and enthusiasts alike a tool for creating precision prints. Using FDM (fused deposition modeling) technology, the printer ensures high-quality prints from various materials.
Powerful printing functions
The printer allows you to model from a variety of materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, PLA-CF, PETG-CF and CR-carbon, offering a variety of design options. It offers thread detection features that prevent interrupting the printing process. It runs at speeds of up to 600mm/s, and the coordinated movement of the X and Z axes is driven by two motors mounted on the base, which increases the accuracy of the Z axis and enables better print quality. The printer supports the Gcode file format and allows you to print from a USB stick, over LAN or from the cloud.
Advanced design
The Ender-3 V3 features a new metal construction with die-cast parts for increased stability and durability. The gantry and base are made from a single piece of metal, which further improves the accuracy of the Z-axis for higher quality prints. The printer also features a full-power direct extrusion feature that allows for more than 1,000 hours of clog-free extrusion. A 60-watt ceramic heater ensures complete filament melting at high speed.
Advanced cooling
The printer features a durable copper tip with a steel tip and a titanium alloy heat shield. In addition, two powerful fans at the front and back of the print head quickly and evenly cool the newly printed part, ensuring excellent print quality even at high speeds.
Easy operation and setup
Ender-3 V3 offers automatic level detection and calibration that prepares the printer for work without the need for manual leveling. The printer also features a 4.3-inch HD color touch screen that allows you to easily monitor the printing process, view the model and control the temperature with moving graphics. In addition, the printer has a Windows and Mac OS compatible operating system for versatility.
Performance and accuracy
The printer offers a maximum print speed of 600 mm/s and a maximum acceleration of 20,000 mm/s^2 for fast and accurate printing. The direct drive extruder is reinforced with a coil spring and ball piston for a firm grip on the filaments without slowing down. Extruder enhancements such as side spring, ball piston and powder metallurgy arm further increase grip and extrusion force for precision printing.
Advanced printing features
The printer has a great software ecosystem that allows you to control and monitor with Creality Print slicer and Creality Cloud APP. This system makes it easy to manage and export models. The spring steel base allows the model to be released with little bending, which is useful in the printing process.
