PrimaSELECT Carbon belongs to the latest generation of high performance plastics for your 3D printer. PrimaSELECT Carbon plastics are made of PET-G and are reinforced with 20% carbon fiber. This creates a solid material that is perfect for 3D printed parts that can be used in the automotive industry, drones and RC parts.

Carbon 3D printer plastic with unique material properties
- PrimaSELECT CARBON is a very useful material with very unique material properties. Blended with small, crushed carbon fiber particles, PrimaSELECT CARBON plastic offers incredible rigidity, structure and excellent interlayer adhesion. Due to the very low risk of warping, PrimaSELECT Carbon is very easy to print in 3D. Finished 3D prints are very rigid and useful if you need objects with a good stiffness to weight ratio.

- PrimaSELECT Carbon does not require a heated print pad. If your 3D printer has one, set it to 35 ° C to 60 ° C so that the first layer adheres well to the surface of the print pad. Due to the abrasive nature of PrimaSELECT Carbon, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle for this plastic. Using a regular brass nozzle is not a problem, but it will wear out in a short time.
