36V linear actuator - Super Power Jack - HARL3612

Working range setting:

The operating range can be set using the limit contacts located inside the actuator, under the protective cover, fastened with four screws.

• Retract the actuator so that the lower limit switch is pressed. Hold the extendable pin so it does not rotate.
• With the lower limit switch pressed, unscrew the extendable pin to the position from which the actuator is to start.
• After adjusting the actuator's starting point, extend it electrically to the point where you want the actuator to stop. Hold the extendable pin so that it does not rotate.
• When the actuator is at the stop point, loosen the upper cam screw and turn it until the second limit switch is depressed.
• Hold the cam at this point and tighten the mounting screw.

ATTENTION! Particular attention should be paid to the activities described above, because incorrect setting of the limit contacts may result in damage to the structure moved by the actuator or damage to the actuator gear. The extendable spindle should be prevented from rotating after connecting the power supply, as this will disturb the set start and stop points of the actuator. When the pin rotates, the limit switches must be readjusted according to the procedure described above.

Purchased items are delivered locally through Venipak service. Depending on availability of items, orders are processed within 1-3 work days. Orders made until 1AM are shipped the same day.

Local delivery  (1-4 w.d.) price for items of any size is through through courier service is 4.90€ (incl. VAT), if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Venipak parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 2.90€ incl. VAT, if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 50€ - delivery is free.

Local delivery price to Omniva parcel terminals (1-3w.d.) is 3.90€ incl. VAT,if the amount of the shopping cart exceeds 70€ - delivery is free.

Payment on delivery (COD) +2.00€ (incl. VAT).

You can pay for the goods at the time of delivery to the courier in cash or by credit card. Payment to Omniva parcel terminals is only possible by bank card.
